Look I did it.

I think it took about 3 years…but I finally finished painting. I even did some hardcore cleaning. I swear… People come over and they trash the place. You should have seen my backyard. I’ll be a little more strict when people come over. I don’t give a rats ass if I come off as rude…this isn’t your house, clean up after yourself.
The carpet gets cleaned tomorrow, thanks to Nathan, and Jacob moves in in a few days. I do miss living by myself, but without a steady girlfriend, I’d go nuts. I remember those days…about three years ago. Just hanging out in my empty house. It was clean. And then I get flak for putting MY tv back in MY room..? Seriously, people that don’t even live here would complain about it. Heck..it’s my house…roommates or not, usually you have to supply your own TV when you rent a place. But most of these people are still ‘young’. But yes, people do amaze me. Like when an old roomate AND his friends wanted to put the fridge in the garage. Yeah. I was just looking around thinking, “Am I missing something here?”. And no I wasn’t, they were. It’s called a brain.
But that’s life. Some people have social issues. I try to keep myself drama-less. No arguing, no fighting, no anger. But some people just want it, so they create it. And it’s true. That’s a common issue with individuals personalities. but enough about all that.
Next on the list is the roof. That shouldn’t be too bad with insurance and all.

try inputing before you start typing “I”…if it allows you to input html.
You should just make Nathan give you the money he was going to spend on getting carpets cleaned and make that shit hardwood foo! Although I’m pretty sure it would be a pretty penny…I’m getting “laminate” in one room and it’s going to cost $400 that doesn’t include them installing!
I got 7.5 grand for my roof..but I haven’t called any roofing guys because I’m anticipating them all being booked.
